I’m currently reading ‘When Chic Hits the Fan’ by Kitty Go. The books is a poorly disguised fiction about certain Philippine society social climbers. It’s a fun read because it’s so bitchy. Kitty Go used aliases for the characters in the book so it’s really good that some people were crafty enough to point out the real people behind the names. Here is the list so far:

Met some of the people in the list since I am the in the fashion industry too. I am living proof that the Tina Maristela-Ocampo tried to do a Ned-And-Nicky-Nivera stunt on a fellow designer friend not so long ago. Had he not scared the bitch with his close friendship to one of Kitty Go’s amigas, she would never have paid him. Ha! Kitty Go you are so fabulous, and your taste in clothing is divine. They should make you a pedestal. You are, after all, a hero for opening up the general public’s mind on the realms of the glamorous and the boo-boos of the so-called “it” and fabulous.
hello. regarding Felicia Muñoz, I don’t think Margarita A. Fores is a “social climber” as the tag of this article puts her, together with the others on the list. I don’t know her personally, but we know her Cubao-Makati Med-Bacolod connection. I don’t think she should be put in the same league as Alicia Santos Daniels and Raissa Molina, di ba? the list is just a “guess who” behind the code names used by Kitty Go in her book. Have you read the book? The author didn’t put “Felicia Munoz” in a bad light at all but as a victim of the “Nivera” twins.
I hope Kitty Go comes out with her third book soon. Maybe about how the infamous couple did their stunt to land on Vogue. I already have an idea how.
