Exercise is good because it keeps you fit as well as a proper diet. ^_^ Food discipline is a good way to lose excess fat. Hehe~ I'm a chubby girl yet I'd like to lose more because I want to fit in my old clothes again... Or fit in thise skirts I've been wanting for a long time. Pathetic, aren't I? ^^; Oh well... Besides from the photos you've posted, I don't think you're an eligible candidate for Gastric Bypass Surgery.
