hello my barkada and i wants to help in collecting and distributing relief goods that’s why we looked for the relief center where we can help but unfortunately all of the relief centers are full of volunteers… we are planning to be an independent relief center, could that be possible?… do we need any permissions?… please do reply as soon as you read this comment of mine… we really are very interested to help especially those people who are leaving at Cabuyao Laguna… please do contact me at 09086255221 or email me at enilecxy@gmail.com… please asap… thanks and Godbless!!!

Maybe you can coordinate with the nearest relief center in your area. Permission isn’t really necessary but there are many scammers out there so it’s wiser to be accredited.
As per Tonyo Cruz, sabi ng Sagip Migrante sa Europe na mahirap at matagal magpatagal ng relief goods. Much better na lang daw kapag pera. I hope this helps.
