dreamt of wolfman. that’s a clue

Posted by: User Imagedementia   in Are We Not Femme?, Extraordinary

I dreamt of one of my college crushes last night. I don’t know where that came from. I don’t even think about him anymore but back then, I was so crazy over him. It was an unrequited love though. Very. We suspect that he’s gay and that’s not because he never reciprocated. Anyway, the dream was very nice and it lifted my mood. I want to check out friendster if he’s there but users can tell who checked out their profile, right? I don’t want to get caught. But I still wonder how he is like these days. Google him perhaps?

Donation and new radio blog

Posted by: User Imagedementia   in Extraordinary, News

I can’t believe somebody actually donated to me. I would like to thank Mike for his $3 donation. I’m ecstatic eventhough I have no idea how to get the money since I’m in the Philippines. Oh well. At least it’s still $3. That means a lot to me. That’s more than the money in my wallet.

I added radio blog for my blog. Just click on the radio picture on your right. The music there might not be according to your taste but heh this is my blog.

Thanks, Stephanie!

Stephanie over at Mystical Incense & More Blog gives a chance for her readers to have a tarot reading done for free. So I asked her last month I think, if the business my partner and me are putting up become profitable and successful. Coincidentally, on the morning of the presentation, Stephanie commented here and said that she did the reading for me and that it’s already posted on her blog. So I read the result immediately and was satisfied with it. This is her reading.

The Past: The card I drew for you symbolizing your past in regards to the question is the Six of Wands, or Victory. This card symbolizes success, clarity, a breakthrough, and a unification of energies. If we have sought long enough, a sudden break-through comes, and the unexpected victory is ours. We are filled with an exalted feeling of strength with aides us to victory on all levels we wish for.

The Present: The card showing the present is the Knight of Disks. This card shows a man (about your own age) with brown or dark hair and dark eyes. The disks being the financial suite, he is somehow related to the business. Funnily enough, this card also symbolizes a financial investment (which I realize is somewhat of a ‘duh’ when considering the question). The card shows though that this man’s advice should be taken when it comes to financial questions. He is a master at healing and health, but also a master of material abundance. His diagnostic ability can be applied to the body, and also other material realms: money, finance, capital. The final note of this card is this: if you make the effort, the harvest will reward you richly.

The Future: The card showing the future is the Chariot. This card symbolizes new beginnings, change for the good, introspection and spiritual path. This card generally refers to imminent new beginnings. It can point to a journey, or the start of some new phase of life. Nothing should be decided precipitously. Everything requires exact examination and preparation. But once all the groundwork is done, the new start should not be put off unneccesarily. Everything points toward favorable developments. Ready yourself, put your affairs in order, examine the possibilities. You will leave much behind.

In short, the cards suggest that when you went upon this business venture, you were REALLY psyched - happy beyond belief, and very very exicted about it. Currently, if I am correct in assuming that the Knight of Disks represents your business partner, you should listen to his advice in regards to finances. Additionally, right now it may be a whole lot of hard work, but if you put forth the effort, you will succeed. The future looks extremely bright for the outcome. It shows a major change coming in relation to the business, which seems like a growth or big success with it. This will alter your life dramatically and take you into a new phase of your life.

My partner isn’t male but I figured that the dark haired figure is my uncle. If you read my post yesterday, you’d know that the reading is very accurate. 3 of my uncles were present and all of them gave good business advice. Stephanie is really good! I’m impressed.

Today is the greatest day I’ve ever known

Posted by: User Imagedementia   in Extraordinary

Today has been an extraordinary day for me. Phoebe and I finally presented our business plan to our investors (my relatives) and it went well. Not perfect since this is our first time to do this and I have no business background but the audience thinks it was great. We need to make some changes but at least we can start setting up the business now. Yay! I wasn’t expecting it to go well. Now we have investors!!! So later, I will work on the business permits and other stuff. Told ya I’ll become busy!

Rest in Peace

Posted by: User Imagedementia   in Extraordinary

I just found out a few minutes ago that my friend died. He was 59 years old and died from stroke last Thursday. He’s my aunt’s friend and we spent a lot of time togethere when I was in the US. This really is a shocker. Rudy was so kind, gentle, generous, and very thoughtful. He was so easy to get along with and he had so many friends. According to what my aunt said, it seems like he knew that he was going to die. He became more distant and withdrawn when he returned from his short trip to the Philippines. He also failed to show up some times for his medical appointments. So there’s a possibility that he knew. But just the same, this is a sad news for everyone who knew him. I’m sad but that’s the cycle of life. I also believe in afterlife and reincarnation. I’m sure he’s in a better place.

i wish you didn’t make that comment

Posted by: User Imagedementia   in Extraordinary

I got another email from you-know-who and he shared more things this time around. He mostly talked about his health problems. Poor dear. It’s hard to listen to my other self telling me not to get my hopes up but reading that current email, it warmed my heart because he’s starting to open up. But my joy was kinda ruined when I made my friend read his letter (the one before this) and said that you-know-who’s getting lame and boring. and that her pap smear appoinments are more exciting. i wish she didn’t say that. it nearly ruined my small victory. Maybe I shouldn’t show her his emails to me anymore eventhough sometimes I need her advice. I will still tell myself (well I’ll try) not to expect too much and just think that it will take ages for him to reply again. Well I haven’t replied to his letter yet but I will after this.

I did what?

Posted by: User Imagedementia   in Extraordinary

I love dirty Hollywood celeb gossip. I wrote about this guilty pleasure before but I took this stupidity a step further by actually applying for a job as an editor for thesuperficial.com, a gossip blog I read regularly. I doubt I will get accepted but what-they-hey, I’m just testing my luck. Who knows, they might actually like my sample write-ups and decide to hire me, that means I’ll have more $$$ for ebay.

I just got the pictures from my birthday party. Here are some of them.

Vyolette, our new kitten, doesn’t seem to like my Aria. They were glaring and growling at each other last night. Sad. I want them to become friends. Vyolette is so sweet and frisky unlike Aria who’s very aloof. Of course, I still love love love Aria but when I want some kitty affection, I turn to the new one.

seeing daylight = spending money

Posted by: User Imagedementia   in Extraordinary

Damn! I so lack sleep but I think the events for today made it all worth it. I got woken up by my cat Aria who was looking for her kittens. The stupid git forgot where she put them last night and she thought I took them away or hid them. Turns out she hid her kittens in my mom’s closet so we had to show them to her just to make her quiet.

I couldn’t sleep after she woke me up so I decided to go with mom since she was planning to go to Galleria and that’s the Smart branch where I bought my phone is. We got there around 11 AM (so early for me, right? the daylight hurt my eye! serious!) and we did our errands. Smart said they will order my replacement phone and I’ll get it hopefully after a week. I didn’t throw a hissyfit since they were nice and being cooperative. Also paid my cellphone bill since I was already there. That’s the only place I was supposed to go but I still had time before going to meet mom so I went to the cellphone shops at the basement and bought myself a protective case for my mobile. It’s nice. Black. Cheap I guess. Got it for 180 pesos. I was itching to buy the 512 MB memory stick duo to expand my phone’s memory but I didn’t have enough cash with me. As I was heading back, I passed by Craft World and had the itch to do tatting again. What’s tatting? It’s needlework for making laces. I used to shuttle tat but I seem to have lost all my tools so I said to myself, why not try needle tatting since the craft store doesn’t sell shuttles. So I bought some threads and the tatting needle. I was expecting it to be cheap but it wasn’t. The needle cost me around 300 bucks. I’ve probably lost my readers by now but if someone is still reading, good. So let me continue, after purchasing, I met up with mom. When we were about to leave, we passed by Morning Glory (store which sells Korean cutie stuff) and they had a 12 for P98 sale on stationaries. Well I bought that much but I don’t think they would look good with my seal. Then we went to mom’s office because she had to meet someone there.

Yadda yadda yadda.

Now on the the part I like. Come afternoon, we headed to Tiendesitas (that new night market place) but we only got to look at Pet Central. It was mom’s first time to go there so she was really delighted with the animals and pet accesories. It just so happened that Tiendesitas was holding a special bazaar on pets so we headed there as well. To cut the long story short, we saw an adorable Persian kitten and bought her. Mom and I split the cost of 8,000 pesos between us. That’s cheap for a female Persian cat. I couldn’t leave the place without buying pet accesories so I bought a bed and a pet bag so I could take the kitten with me to…I dunno. Wherever. I spent so much within the day but the kitten is just soooooo cute. My sister was so delighted when we surprised her with the kitten when we got home. We named the kitten Vyolette.

My narration sucks but I don’t want to think anymore. My brain has turned to mush from lack of sleep so just look at the nice pictures.

Finally!

Posted by: User Imagedementia   in Extraordinary

He’s written back! And he doesn’t think I’m crazy at all. He even apologized for not writing back soon. He had been busy and he seldom gets to check his emails. He said I shouldn’t feel stressed out over him since he’s just an ordinary guy. Er okay but I don’t think he’s so ordinary. He seems very sweet and down-to-earth. He’s also concerned about me. I am happy though. Quite happy.
