I don’t really need this

Sunday, December 3rd, 2006

So what’s the point? It’s just unnecessary expense.

Lindsay Lohan’s Cuts

Saturday, November 18th, 2006

I got this from A Socialite’s Life.

Lohan cutting

Hollywood is speculating if Lindsay Lohan is a cutter. I don’t know what to make of this. It’s possible that those wounds were caused by bushes or her run-ins with the paparazzi. It’s also possible that the pressure of being a celebrity is getting to her. Self-injury is a symptom of mental illness like depression so this is something serious. I hope she isn’t cutting herself eventhough I don’t really like her.

Ukay-Ukay Shopping

Thursday, November 16th, 2006

Mulholland Bros.I ‘ve been browsing for bags on ebay.ph since last night and there are so many great bags there, mostly from ukay-ukay  stores. A lot of the bags are cheap but there’s no way to tell if they’re authentic or in good condition based on the photos. I need a new black handbag since the one I am using has signs of wear and tear already. This is the black bag I bought from Bangkok. It cost me 1,000 Baht which is roughly 1,300 Philippine pesos. I love this bag but I wasn’t careful with it. I don’t take care of my belongings. So that’s why I need a new bag. I’m very picky when it comes to bags. There are probably a hundred black handbags in every mall in Metro Manila but I wouldn’t find one that I will like. Maybe it will be better for me to go to Ukay-Ukay stores so I can inspect the merchandise.

Cosmic Support: The Universal Plan For You

Monday, November 13th, 2006

I just want to share this article which I got from the daily om list. I think it’s great. Hopefully it would serve as an inspiration to you as well.

The path that speeds us toward our dreams can be a challenging and complex one, so it’s easy to get bogged down in confusion and insecurities. We often hesitate at the start of that path, questioning our purpose or our capabilities. Yet we should be moving forward joyously, eager to discover what destiny has in store for us. The universe has plans for us that eclipse anything we have dreamed of thus far. Though we must work diligently to fulfill our potential and to accomplish our individual missions, the universe is aware of both the quests we chose before birth and the goals we have formulated in adulthood. If we accept that it us watching over us and believe that it will facilitate our eventual success, the universe will provide us with the assistance and opportunities that enable us to make significant progress on our journeys of ambition.

damn theme!

Wednesday, October 25th, 2006

As you can see here, I have just changed my blog theme. Also, as you can see here, I am having trouble with it. I couldn’t understand why the sidebar is missing. The current theme, which I named Gossamer, is based on Ekta’s Queen theme. This would have to do for now. I have to sleep now since I have work again tomorrow/later.

If any of you knows how to fix this, please tell me how. I would really appreciate it.

BTW, I upgraded my Wordpress to the latest version.

Jonesing?

Sunday, October 22nd, 2006

I don’t know what’s wrong with me but I’ve been cranky all day. Shit! Is this PMS? I was with the relatives earlier and I was thinking to myself “these guys are a boring lot”. Normally I wouldn’t think that because I have fun with them. But not tonight. I was so fidgety and distracted the whole time. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Also, every little annoyance makes me flare up. I need to calm down, take my happy pill but I’m all out of that. Maybe that’s why I’m such a bitch.

Life Aquatic

Thursday, October 19th, 2006

I just watched Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou and was astonished that Wes Anderson used Filipino actors to act as pirates. I found it very amusing.

I found the first hour of the film boring and I thought that it would bomb but by the end of the film, I was crying. Hay. Idol ko na talaga si Wes. I loved The Royal Tenenbaums, Bottle Rocket, and Rushmore. Ang galing galing.

Good

Nothing much new with me. Sad? Not really. I think I’m fine. Yes. I am fine.
