bury me in this dress

I made an impulsive purchase last night at iStudio in BHS. I fell in love with this jtote computer bag as soon as I saw it.

It’s very expensive but I reasoned that since I wasn’t able to find a bag when I was in Singapore, I can buy it. It’s a combination of black hair-on-hide, soft black leather, and fabric. According to jtote’s website, the bag is called Dubheasa which means “Dark Beauty.” It reminds me of Scarlet Hotel where I stayed when I was in Singapore (will write about my travel later). The bag comes with a matching wallet and has a nice padded shoulder strap. I will use this as my main purse and not much as a laptop bag since it’s already heavy even when empty. I find the Dubheasa seductive, gothic, and romantic. I love it to bits!

I really like these paper bags by Saskia Diez. They look really neat.  I don’t know about the durability but Tyvek is a high-density polyethylene and is the material of shipping envelopes. According to Hypebeast, it’s tearproof and waterproof so I suppose the lifespan of the bag is long.

I’m not really into designer bags. The only designer bags I have is a small Betsey Johnson purse and a Coach satchel I bought several years ago. I couldn’t afford them bags and if I have enough money for one, I would buy another ball jointed doll instead. But I so love the Prada bag in the photo, especially the one at the bottom. The illustration reminds me of Sally from Nightmare Before Christmas. I have no idea how much the bag costs but I am so sure it’s expensive.
